Terms of Service

Overview

This website and store are operated by Limitless Success Mentoring ("we," "us," "our"), owned by Paul S. Callaway, PT, PhD. By visiting our store or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this store.

Products and services

We offer digital books, study guides, training programs, online courses and remote coaching focused on golf mental performance. Product descriptions, prices and availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities or refuse any order.

Digital products and course access

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may print digital books and study guides for your own use.

You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, publicly post or teach from our materials, or share your course login with others, without our written permission.

Course access is provided for the life of the course as long as it remains available, unless stated otherwise on the product page. If you receive a refund, your access to the related course and downloads ends.

Coaching sessions

Coaching sessions included in a package are delivered remotely (by phone or video) and are scheduled by mutual agreement. Please schedule all included sessions during your 8-week program. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Sessions missed without notice, or not scheduled within the program period, may be forfeited. Coaching sessions have no cash value.

Educational purpose and no guarantee of results

Our products teach mental performance skills for golf, including attention, routines, confidence and faith-based principles. They are educational and are not medical, psychological, psychiatric or physical therapy treatment. They do not replace care from a licensed health professional. If you have a medical or mental health concern, please consult a qualified professional.

Golf results depend on many factors, including your practice, effort and circumstances. Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of any particular result, score or handicap improvement.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept payment methods shown at checkout, including Shop Pay Installments for eligible buyers. Installment plans are provided by Shop Pay's financing partner and are subject to their approval and terms.
